This has something to do with your video card , video card setting or right click on the desktop go to properties then settings and make sure your using the proper screen resolution and Color quality.
If changeing the resolution or color quality did not work it could be a problem with the video card so post an other question if that did not help. It may also be the color setting within your video card menu or even on your monitor itself.
P.S Try restarting your PC before you change anything that may fix it automatically.

Your graphic settings could be on low.
Go to control panel, display, settinfgs tab, change your color quality to High or True color. This is for a pc, so if you have a mac, soory, cant help you

i had the same virus last year, you need to act quickly and back up any files you think are not virused on cd's, then have your hardrive wiped. once your hardrive is wiped, buy a new virus protection software, or dowload a program called AVG Free, its a great free protection software, and in my opion works better than norton.

Check the screen resolution settings in the Display properties. If they are set too high or too low, it can mess with how your screen looks.
