you can use bluetooth, the phone has bluetooth built in and you would just have to be close to someone who has bluetooth tech in their phone any carrier and have them send it to you that way

now.. i don't have a razr... but everyone else does.. and not one person [that i know] has an mp3 player on it.. so therefore i would say no.. unless you want it as a ringtone.. in which case you need to either go to your plans website.. or download ToneThis... from ToneThis.com you can turn any song into a ringtone.. and any picture into a background
