I base this on the fact that the taller person has a lot more skin and bone mass to cover than the shorter person. Does that make sense?

I think that the taller person should be used to covering all of that area in a certain time. Now if the short person suddenly became that tall...that might cause a big time difference. But it should really only take a standard amount of time.

Hair length is a totally different story!

It depends,if the 5'6 person is weighs more than the 6'6 person he'll have more fat to bathe.
If they both weigh the same, the 6'6 person will take longer because he's taller.

yes. they also take up more oxygen. i read once that because people are getting taller there is going to be an environmental problem because they eat more and breathe more than shorter people. tall people are no good for the earth.

Ya cause a person who is 6'6" gets into the shower, the shower head only hits his bellybutton. He has to go on his knees to get his hair shampooed!

Yeah it makes sense, but you also have to factor the other things. Like gender, girls have to shave and stuff.

IT WOULD MAKE SENSE IF 6'6" WATER PRESSURE WAS LOWER THAN 5'6" WATER PRESSURE BUT THEORETICALLY SPEAKING NO UNLESS ONE WAS JUST CLEANER THAN THE OTHER
