what is the e-mail white room?

i ordered zuma delux from oberlon=media .com but when i hit the icon it says cannot find:/^omdata\gs1.html. make sure internet address or path is correct. oberson says to add them to my e=mails white list. my question is what is the white list

Not knowing what e-mail program you use, I can only give guidelines not specific instructions. Check under the Preferences (or Options) for you e-mail program there will normaly be a place where you Block unwanted email or Spam.

There will be a place where you can list the people from whom you do not want e-mail (blacklist) and sometimes a separate list for the people you do want e-mail from (whitelist). Make sure they are NOT on your Spam/Blocked/Blacklist and then you will be able to get their e-mail. If your program has a Whitelist/Allow, you can also add them to that list. But usually just removing them from the blocked addresses is enough.

Basically the white list is a list of people you want email from and the balck list is a list of email you don' t. most things like that are incorrectly categorized as bad. there might be a link somewhere to show images and enable links. they do this so you don' t accidently click on something you didn't want to.Hope this helps.
