Alright here's the scenario, I bought a GSM cell in Europe and I wanna use it in the USA, the guy where I bought it from said it was unblocked. The thing is I have a plan with Cricket communications, can I get a chip from them with my same plan to use in the cell?

Normally that is possible. All you have to do is call the service provider (Cricket in this case) or come to their office. Then you give them the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number of the phone you bought from Europe. You can find this number on the documentation that came with the phone's box container. You can also find it marked on the phone's body at the backside after removing the battery pack. It is usually a 15 digit number. The service provider simply enters this number in their subscriber list database. I'm just not sure if the service provider will charge you for this or if it's free.
You do not even have to change your SIM card for this.
