Welcome to the world of pregnancy.
I had a friend and I am not going to tell you what she did to try to make herself have the baby early. She ended up with the placenta tearing loose before the baby was born and the baby was born dead.
I had an aunt who was a nurse and who thought it was so smart to make herself go into labor a few weeks early. Her son died because his lungs were not fully developed.
Yes some babies are born early and they do survivie but many of them ride the short bus to school.
So just hang on in there, cry a little, or do something else. You should have your baby close to your due date.
Me I had six and I always went two weeks over my due date or even more. I felt just like you. yes I cried a little and was upset but my babies were born when they were well done and did fine.
I have helped deliver many a baby and can tell you that every week that baby has in your uterus. Evey day counts toward its development and its lungs and organs being mature enough to handle outside life.
I looked at what you gained. I was 94 lbs and went up to 136 with my first one. Hang in there the time will be right and the baby will go home from the hospital with you and not be in an intensive care nursery.

Sorry but these are the joys of pregnancy. Nature has to take its course. Once you give birth all the aches, pains, nausea, and the feeling of always being uncomfortable becomes a distant memory. It will be over before you know it and then you will have a be beautiful new bundle of joy with a whole bunch of other things to worry about. Good luck and happy holidays!!!

I'm 37 weeks prego as of today, so I know exactly how you feel. It's not fun...but I tell you what; the longer that baby stays in there the better for both of you! I'm having my second child here in a few weeks, and I learned with the first that it's better to wait it out. The womb is the safest place for your baby right now, and even though your sleep sucks right now, it's going to get 10X worse after your child is born. Good luck, and be patient. I'm in the same boat!

It will end when the baby comes. If you are near the due date, walks DO help. Nothing much else you can do. Babies come when THEY want to. If you are due and are having problems, see your doctor. There are drugs to induce labor.
Oxytocin is a hormone and is available only with a physician's prescription. When used to start or continue labor, it is slowly injected into a vein.

It depends on how many weeks you are in, some women choose to go to doctors and inject some sort of drug that makes you go into labor. Can't remember the name right now, but there's always a risk, as with everything that isn't natural but not a very high one. Also, when you force labor, it's more painful. Again, ask your doctor.

certainly your toddler will come whilst that's waiting. As uncomfortable that's you may desire to attend. be careful with each and each of the flaws people say to purpose because of the fact doing lots of issues in this variety of couple of minutes could desire to harm the toddler. yet I do advise walking that helped me and makes the exertions lots extra convenient. I easily have had 2 little ones (consistently walked with the two) 1st exertions 4 a million/2 hrs. 2d exertions 2 a million/2 hrs. excuse me it relatively is entire time exertions and transport

You were too little to begin with at 93 pounds unless you are shorter than 5". Anyways, if you are far enough along then walk alot and have lots of sex.

depending on how far along you are will depend on how ready your baby is to be born. If your under 38 weeks I wouldnt suggest anything, baby needs to be inside till at least then to give it the best start.
If your over 38 then try long walks...sex...spicy foods...(Just watch for heartburn) or stimulating your nipples which can also bring on labour...
Apart from these things I suggest going to your doc and seeing if your started getting close, they should be able to tell from an internal exam...
Good luck!

Just get comfy. Baby comes when baby is ready. It's all on their schedule until they're about 2.
