An American accent would make it sound like Dole-chay & Guh-bah-nuh (emphasis on the 'bah'), and in other accents, it has generally the same pronunciation, just less American if you get what I mean. If you can pronounce Italian, then you're good, but pronounding it the way Spanish would be will make it sound funny ('c' does not make a 'ch' sound).
