For sure, horses would be up there also but they are more expensive to care for. I don't have a pet (small apartment), but it would be a small dog. Maybe a terrier

Hi There,
Yes & No, I think ALL animals should be Favorite as ALL r God's creations, but the dog, cat are privilaged to live in the home where all others are outside. I had a Hymalian Cat, now 2 Jack Russells, they'd stay outside most of the day, however require their naps as well. We should love & respect all Animals He has created for us. Don't u agree?
diana d E Me if u agree? They r both domestic but I have Fav Birds such as Morning Doves, Blue Jays, Robins, that tell us the
1st sign of Spring in the air!!!

yes dogs and cats are peoples favorite animals they dont call the dog mans best friend for nothing how many other animals do people own that will give their life to protect their master

I have a dog and 2 cats. But personally, my favorite animal is a monkey. I mean, they are soooooooooooooo cute!!! (In fact, I get mistaken for a monkey quite often...jk)

I think that there is such a wide variety of pets that they are all great!!! But that's my oppinion.
