It sure sounds like he was motivated by politics and race more than actual factual evidence, so yes, I think he should be "hung out to dry" as you put it. He should be investigated and face penalties ranging from losing his job, disbarment, to fine and jail time depending on what the investigation reveals.

Indeed, he should be. That's why we need to change the law that protects D.A.'s and policemen against prosecution.

the real question is..should Nifong get a real beating..those little brats..have money and why not use that money to hire some people that beat other people ..thats what I would do...
