I am really excited about the new Harry Potter book. Though they are considered juvenile by some, they are books I will always enjoy. The arrival of the 7th book will be an exciting, and depressing, time. Harry will end, whether he dies or not, there is no 8th book to look forward to. The prospect of two more characters dying is so suspenceful. There are so mny questions left unanswered, so many loose ends that need tying up. I love Fred and George particuarly, and if anything happens to them, I'll be devestated. There is a rumor that Harry himself is a horcrux, and that he'll have to destroy himself in order to finish off Voldemort. Everyone around Harry seems to die. Everything that could stand between Harry and Voldemort is falling away, but it had to be that way. I feel I shall burst with exitement long before the last book comes out!

I was originally one of those people that thought, "Harry Potter? I think not." But then my MIL started reading them 2 summers ago, so I read them behind ehr and became facinated. I am truly excited about the final book, of course I too will be sad for it to come to an end. I just wonder what Rowling will do after this. A whole new character and book series to start with?
Yes, I do read them and think little kids read this? It's a bit depressing now that there is death going on. I so cried when Dumbledore dies in the last book.

It is "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows."
I am very excited! I looked up Hallow in the online Webster dictionary. It means to make holy devoted or venerate. It's opposite is to desecrate.
When I ran the Microsoft Thesaurus is gave me consecrate or make holy.
Sounds like maybe it is referring to deatheaters or dementors. Possibly Jo is referring to the death eaters as a deadly cult.
It could also be referring to the Horcruxes. I think it makes sense that anything that hold a part of a soul (even ol' Voldy's) could be consired sacred. The fact that the Horcruxes could only be made by killing someone could be the reason for the "Deathly." We also know from HBP that destroying a Horcrux can be dangerous (remember Dumbledore's hand).
Also, James and Lily made their home in Godric’s Hollow, which is quite close to hallow. It would be poetic justice if Voldy died where he killed Harry’s parents.

Not really, as I've said before, since I read the 5th and 6th book, I felt very dissapointed, 'cause the novel seemed to little magical for me then, that was the first characteristic that made me get interested for the series, that magic (not in the literary sense though), that ability of Rowling to make you feel living in an amazing and beautiful magical world. From the 5th book, death became the first mobile of the novel, actually from the end of the 4th when poor Cedric died. And now she just feels pleased to tell "Hey little fans, guess what? I'm killing one or two of the main characters". I'm starting to believe what religious people say "that Rowling is a Satanic woman".
So, I'm not excited at all, I'll read it, yes, 'cause I have to know the neding after all, but I'll probably not feel happy with the ending.

Yeah Im really excited. It just amazes me that J.K. Rowling could write a book that people would begin reading the series in their early teens and finish in their late teens, twenties. Its really cool to think about how many people will be reading this book the day it comes out. Oh wow Im really excited for the book. I cant wait.

I am very excited about the book; but in a way, I am not so excited. I have read all of the book and seen all of the movies numerous times, and I am egarly waiting the end. But in a way I am sad; I not want to read the book, and then know that I am done, that there is and will be no more.

I really can't wait. I have done some things to let me know when the seventh book is to come out. I did hear a rumor that the seventh book was going to be released on the seventh day of the seventh month in the year two thousand and seven. If you are a religious person, then you know that seven is the number of completion.

It's very exciting and the title sounds amazing... yet horribly scary at the same time.
I really want Harry to make it out alive.

I'M SUPER EXCITED!!!! so excited that if i wouldn't get in trouble I'd run in circles yelling! but its the last one BAWL!!! at least we have the memories and the movies that leave good parts out! o well you know people say that the movies would be like three hours long but if you were a true fan you would gladly sit through it all and at the end say "man it was short wasn't it?"
