Is there anything on any menu of any fast food restaraunt that isn't that bad to eat? Sometimes I need something to eat when I'm in a hurry but I don't want to eat something that'll shorten my life.

YES!!!

Ok now the actull answer to this depends on what kind of lifestyle you lead, now you ask is there a healthy fast food item? Well many places like McDonalds have side or even dinner salads on the menu, it might seem strange to go into a burger shop and tell em to load up on the greens, but hey it's healthy!

Futhermore, if you're on a certain diet you should get the health info from the store, some places put them on the back of the paper they put on the trays. The fact is there is NOTHING WRONG with getting a double cheese burger at McDonalds if you're on a low carb diet so long as you eat it without the bun. If you're cutting cals look at the items and pick out something reasonable. People are under the false impression that fast food is bad for you, but it's not. You just have to eat smart. Clearly a big order of fries isn't the best but a yogert from McD isn't bad at all. Just be smart and get healthy food fast

Sheetz MTO salads. When you order one, you check which ingredients you want in. Just put in all the healthy stuff, and just put a little of the indulgent stuff in.

They really hit the spot when I was doing Atkins and I needed something I could pickup quickly for lunch at work.

... I just remembered... Subway makes salads too. You order it just like their subs (you tell them what you want in it).

Salads get boring after awhile though. They're a good start though. Knowledge on how to read food labels, and having a good idea of what foods are good or bad for you can help you pick out foods a lot easier, though. However, if you're in a place that sells a lot of bad food, and just a tiny bit of healthy food, then it can be really stressful trying to locate them. There's nothing like walking into a health food store.

speedy foodstuff... healthful? isn't that like an oxymoron. nicely i'm uncertain if this chain is in Toronto yet Chipotle Mexican Grill delivers a enormously good decision of healthful selections. Now greater desirable than the form of eating place what your order finally makes the determination on whether its healthful or no longer. Afterall McDonald's does have salads and fruit parfaits with yogurt.

Hamburgers are OK. The latest on fat is, if it is from it's natural source it's OK within reason. Ask for a garden salad with extra extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Substitute fries with a baked potato and real butter or sour cream. Ask for at least 1 serving of fruit. Avoid soft drinks and substitute with water or sometimes coffee without the artificial creamer. Eat food as close to it's natural state as possible like raw veggies. Avoid anything with man made chemicals like MSG artificial colors and sweeteners. Try to keep in mind that in order for your body to produce healthy cells and keep them healthy, you should eat what your body was designed to live on. If it's man made food. it's probably not good for you. If it's the way God made it. it probably is good for you.

Nope, not unless you get salad and water, and even that at mcdonalds with the ranch dressing has as many calories as the big mac. If you're in a hurry and don't wanna die soon you should go to subway(good restaurant).

Most fast food places have salads, and if you don't put a ton of dressing on them, they are obviously more healthy than greasy beef and cheese and bread. Or try fruit! ( both available at McDonalds)

subway normal sandwiches like turkey and ham. all the specialty sandwiches they have now can have as much fat as hamburgers. at a drive thru fast food i would stick to grilled chicken sandwiches with light mayo or light whatever sauce comes with it. dont get frys, they are the worst for you. or tick to frsh fruit like the fruit and yougurt parfait from mcdonalds. if you do salads do light dressing and dont get salads with a bunch of crap in it, they can be fattening.

Most of the places have salads, McD's and BK both have chicken salads where the dressing comes on the side and you can get low fat salad dressings. They both also have grilled chicken, you can get without mayo and dressing, skip the bun.

Subway you can have it made the way you'd make it yourself, little or no oil, mayo cheese, more veggies.
