Once again, the more ludicrous the request, the more likely it comes from India or Pakistan.
And don't they sell new software in India? Why do all the Indian programmers want you to tell them how to do things in VB 6? Shell out some money and upgrade!
All you need to do is make a hash of the bytes in both images. If the hashes are the same, the images are the same.
