i have a sinus problem and i'm on fexafenadine for it. it's to clear it out of my sinus passages. i, admitedly, do not take it every day. could this be the reason of the headaches (cuz i'm not taking the meds everyday)?

Sinus congestion and pressure is one of the major causes of headaches. If you are supposed to take meds for the congestion, then take them as prescribed. If the congestion builds up for a long period of time, you can get a sinus infection which not only causes a headache but makes your entire face hurt.

Tylenol Cold and Sinus medication relieves the pressure of clogged sinuses, acts as an anagesic (for pain). Use some normal saline nasal spray that helps clear nasal passages. Both these products are found in a drugstore/pharmacy. I speak from 1st hand experience with sinus problems. It works
