If you believe in evolution than you also have to consider the fact that creatures evolve after a mutation in genes has occured. So some apes may have mutated while others did not.

Because we did not "evolve from apes", that is a misleading phrase used by anti-evolutionists and religious extremists to "muddy" the obvious truth!
What actually happened is that the various other species of primates alive today, and us (homo sapiens), both evolved from a common ancestor. The only "proof" for this, of course, is that there is a fossil record of multiple intermediate species, and the fact that we can observe evidence of ongoing evolution all around us. Common sense should tell you that the most likely explanation for something is probably the truth.
If you want to learn more about "proof" of evolution, google "Burgess shale".

Humans and apes evolved from the same specie. Think of it like this: There's this weird half-ape/half-human -looking thing. Two things evolve from it. One of those things is an ape. The other is a human. I haven't studied it extensively so I don't really know exactly how to explain it, but apes and humans are both subspecies of one specie.

People did not evolve from apes. We evolved from ape-like creatures. Apes also evolved from ape-like creatures. If you want to go all the way back, all mammals evolved from a small, mouse-like animal that was around when the dinosaurs were around.

If you are born from your parents, your parents are not allowed to live, is that it?
If dogs are domesticated descendants of wolves, how come there are still wild wolves?
Humans are descendant of primitive apes that disappeared after giving birth to modern apes and to human lineage. It was a common ancestor, but thinking that humans evolved from still existing apes races is totally wrong.

I don't know genius, but there are independent scientists far smarter than either of us that have studied this for centuries. I guess I have to go with that. I know it probably conflicts with the bible, and that really irks you, but that's just going to happen. You see, the bible is an allegory and loose interpretation of beliefs. No one ever intended it (including John, Mark, Luke, Matt) to be a study of science, anthropology, or anything else. Let it be, you can believe in both, trust me. It shouldn't keep you up at night.

Evolution is not a process of Transformation (like moth to butterfly). It happens slowly and steadily with many links in the the chains of evolution. Some of the links are strong and some of them are weak. The strong links are still existing and the weaker ones became exinct. Cheers.

There is no species called "ape". Ape is a generic term for the class of animals that includes gorillas, chimps, baboons and humans. We all had a common ancestor that is long gone.

We did not evolve from apes. Apes and man have a common ancestor. We evolved into mankind; they evolved into apes.

You're thinking of evolution as a straight line where all members of a species evolves into something else. But, it is more like a tree where new species "branch out" from pre-existing lineages.
