I watch very little TV, so no, I don't feel insulted by it. Maybe there's a correlation there, huh? : )

Probably true. Most of the shows are over-the-top and even condescending, like the programs are aimed at especially thick people. That and the fact that most of the programs are made for and by the lowest common denominator is the reason why I hardly stand to watch it anymore.

I watch very little tv. It has contributed to the mass mediocrity and dumbing down of this country. The more tv you watch the less intelligent you most likely are and the more easily coerced.

yes and they are mostly right for a good majority of the us. people are getting more stupid by each passing year
