I gave it last year and my niece loves it. I ordered food for it through the Hasbro site for this year. They also have a club where your little chef can get a gift once a month for a year.

Santa is bringing one for my 5 year old granddaughter this year. She loves to help PawPaw bake in the real oven, I wonder how she will like the toy version?

I think those are the biggest pieces of crap.It takes forever to cook,the mixes cost alot,they taste like **** and the kid gets a tiny crappy cake or cookie that is so rediculous that they want to make 5 of them just to feel like they ate a cookie.Time is better spent buying some premade cookie dough and baking them in the regular oven with your child.I can't tell you how many people i know who bought one for their kids and later threw it in the trash...that includes me.

I once got my daughter one. She used it twice. Really, by the time they are old enough to use one of those, they are old enough to bake with an adult in a real kitchen. Great garage sale gift.

Those things are the shiznit. the stuff it makes is actually really good! Maybe you can tell another person who will be giving gifts to the recipient, and they can get some accesories to it like extra food or utensils.

i was given one and loved it, but when i went away for the weekend my brother borke it... and got away with it. my dad got me one a litle while later, but the pans got lost and i never used it.
