I have one from the year I was born. but that's all. it's really quite sad. maybe someday I can have cool ornaments like everyone else, but for now I guess I'll just have to make my own and hope that they will last to be really old so that one day in the future my great grandchildren can put one on the tree and say, "Damn where did that ugly thing come from?" Then their parents can say you know I really don't know but it's been in the family for-flippin' -ever!

A popcorn and cranberry sting that was strung in 1859! Ha Ha Ha!
Honestly, some blown glass candle holders from some great-greatmother's first Christmas in 1859. And no, we never light the candles!

I have a yellow bunny rabbit that was my mom's brothers bath toy way back in the 50's. She used to hang it on her tree, and then she gave it to me. It's sort of weird, but it means a lot.

We have a few from at least the 60's if not earlier, because they belonged to my mother's parents but I've never asked how old they were.
