Will.
I mean, TWICE he risked his life to save her, because he LOVED her enough to die himself. That's like going "Oh, you saved my life, but I like him more!"
Elizabeth just seems to get exasperated with Jack.
Jack seems to flirtatious. Elizabeth would always think he was unfaithful, whereas Will would never cheat on her.
Will's had a harder life. He worked hard and was never appreciated, and when Elizabeth finally confessed she loved him, the look on his face was so sweet!

in the beginning of at worlds end will is bringing back jack for elizabeth but later on he doesnt really care because he thinks elizabeth and jack are together so jack and will get in a small sword fight and that is where the script ended

I think it will be Will! I think that Will is going to try to be the better man and let her go to Jack if that is what she feels in her heart and Elizabeth will realize that Will is the one she truly loves.

She'll choose Will, and though I'd be tempted too as well, I'd chose Jack if I were her. At least life would never be boring or rigid by code of ethical conduct. lol (Plus, don't tell, but I'm intrigued by that little compass of his that doesn't point north. I want it. A *lot*. :P)

Elizabeth is only hanging out with will for the adventure of piracy to keep up to & follow jack because she likes his style, that's what attracts her to jack. i believe if given the chance she'll let jack hit that.
