I don't want to seem like a softy but it's Christmas season and I have a small suggestion. Will someone on this board join me in making an agreement to spread love and kindness this weekend to your family and friends? I've never done something like this before and I think it would be neat. Just make a pact with me that you will try your best to stay positive and kind all this weekend. If not, then that's cool too. It's obvious I'm a Christian, I know. lol

MyDarling, I'm not a Christian but being kind is what I try to do most days. I'd be very happy to help you spread the love and the cheer around this Christmas. Kindness is like a light in the darkness. Blessings.

Great idea why not try that every day in your life!

It is obvious that you are Christian LOL because you say you have never practiced this before and most Christians don't.

They think the requirements they know from their religion is not for them like love your neighbor, do not judge, forgive others, so they are always coming up with these great surges of spirituality every now and then like........
Lets all be kind and loving to each other for a minute!

Peace
and
Love

I have news for you.
I am always friendly.
Not just this weekend.
ALL YEAR AROUND.
ISN'T IT A BIT WEIRD TO BE FRIENDLY NOW?
THIS WEEKEND?
And then be your ugly self again?
Sanctimonious crap.
People should stop and think for a minute why there is such misery around.
Hardly anybody is friendly these days
Do people communicate at all?
In the streets,in public transport?
I HARDLY EVER SEE THAT,BUT I DO IT ALL THE TIME.
I wish more would do that.
Communication keeps us together.
Ain't that right:not just for this weekend.
That is such nonsense.
Greetings:Rob.
Merry X-Mas.

I always try to be positive, especially this time of year, so yes, I will make it a point to be kind and happy to everyone I'm around this weekend.

Hey, thanks for the reminder, yes, I'll renew my effort to stay positive.
A girlfriend and her husband are mixing with my family this season. There was heartache around dysfunction and alcohol during her childhood holidays, so now, as an adult, she's compelled to seek happy environments (she can't just hang at home and be content, it's depressing).
I'll keep thinking, "these are the memory-making times".

To be honest, I do not need a date on the calendar to cause me to want to spread love and kindness to my family and friends. I try to spread love and kindness not only to my family and friends, but also strangers throughout the whole year.

I will not try, I will be positive in all things and kind to everyone no matter what. I will be praying and agreeing with you at all cost.

I don't need a pact to stay positive... I do that naturally!
