Superman. Supes has super hearing, so he can listen to Invisible Man's footfalls. He also has super breath, and if there's a lot of dust or sand in the area, the dust/sand will form around Invisilbe Man. Also, Invisible Man doesn't have super strength, so were he able to sneak up on Superman and hit him, Superman would hit back in the same direction, knocking Invisible Man for a loop (knock him out, if he hits him just right).

Can Superman see the Invisible Man's body heat using his super-vision? Yes
Is the Invisible Man invulnerable to the Man of Steel's super punches? No.

Gotta go with Superman on this one. The Invisible Man is easily visible to Superman with his x-ray vision or super hearing. Once he knows where he is, there's not a thing the Invisible Man can do to prevent his demise.

Invisible would get the first punch, Superman's cat-like reflexes would catch him and knock him out, and then Superman would freeze the area with his ice breath, make Invis stand out, and then throw a sheet over him and tie him up to get him out of the way.

and what could the invisible man do to superman? NOTHING... and with all his supervisions and his super hearing, supes could find the invisible man fairly easily... unless the invis man also had invisible kryptonite...

Taking to the fact that supes could easily do xray scan around the are and see his skeleton or just freeze everything in sight id say superman.
