What? Are you talking about celebrities like Donald Trump, Lindsay Lohan, etc.? You couldn't get their email address unless you stumble upon somebody who knows them and will sell it to you. Those people have separate addresses for personal use, and another for all the fan mail they get. I doubt you could even find their phone number.
Well, maybe if it's a less-known celebrity, you could see if they have a website. Search for their name on Google or Yahoo! and you'll find it, most likely.

You can look for their name on social sites like myspace or facebook. Often email address will be listed there, or you can send them an onsite message. If you know what server they are using (yahoo, aol etc.) You may also be able to search for them that way.
