"The Holiday" movie question?

I was wondering who's Ben in this movie. I know it is played by John Krasinski, but who is Ben, who is this character? I can't remember him.

He's only in the film for about 5 minutes. He works for Cameron Diaz's character as a film editor. So it's early on when he and a female co-worker are showing Cameron the newly edited trailer she's been working on.
