No, it is definitely not the last episode in the series for Doctor Who. A season finale typically notes that it will be on next season when the television channel decides to start it. Series finale notes when the series is done and no more episodes will be created. I left a link to its UK page with the BBC where the series originated. They have a new episode coming out in the UK on December 25th. Unfortunately, it does not include the BBC America which does shoe it sometimes.

It is the Season Finale...so, yes, it is the last new episode for this television season.

if you go to the bbc.com/dr.who the episode listed "runaway bride" is the last one of the season. but i did find out the the dr.who will be returning in 2007. i couldn't find a date.
