I have this cramps in my lower abdomen...it's more like it feels as though my internal organs? are going to drop out with the blood!?
Does anyone else have this experience?

Yep that's its its lower had this pain all my life. You may be passing a small clot My Dr explained it like this
Think of a huge chunk of Ice and its got to go though the size of a straw so it stretches it out of shape so thats why you have pain.
Take a nice warm bath do heating pads and if you can take midol it helps

Need more info? Have you ever started your period? Menstrual cramps or period cramps are lower than stomach cramps. Use a heating pad on low for about 10-15 min every 2 hours. Try a warm bath. Maybe some Midol over the counter medication.
