should i buy Nvidia Geforce 6800 XT or 6800 GT?

whats the difference? which one is better? or if u would recommend anything else within 100pound margin ...
can find both cards on ebay but cant get info for XT. Help !!!

The basic difference is that the 6800 GT has a faster memory GDDR3.

GT is better.
I have a GeForce 6800GT and it kicks butt =)
