Does any anybody know which is this song?

The title of the song is "I like to party", and it is not Venga boys. It is a bit old song and very popular even today. I think Sony Ericson have used this song for their ads back in 2003. Does anybody know who is the artist of the song.

Actually it is We like to party...revamp by crazy frog, written by Danski Delmundo, Published by Violent music...a GREAT song...I have the rendition by Crazy Frog...and I love it
