I think she should be, but i also think babara walters is in way over her head, and is afraid to fire her. Oh, and by the way, i also think barbara walters needs her head examined, for hiring her to begin with!!!

Yes, she should be shown the door. Don't underestimate Barbara Waters though. As the Executive Producer of the View, she has her hands full with Rosie. Rosie is or was popular, demonstrative, loud, obnoxious, over bearing and a militant LESBIAN. Firing her could be taken the same way as the firing of the only black person on the show would be taken ... as an act of prejudice or bias. Some people would say ... "She was fired because of her outspoken gay perspectives and life style"!
I think Rosie's days are numbered. I listen to a lot of talk radio and she's all over it and there's nothing good being said about her. The show's ratings will go down. Walters also knows that Rosie actually slandered Trump in public ... on national television. Trump will probably sue her just for the sport of it and the publicity, and he'll win! O'Donnell should never have said anything more after the first outburst, but it was followed the very next day with more clearly slanderous talk. She's dead in the water ... she just doesn't know it yet ... you watch!

No Way!!! It was the best thing to happen to "The View" She tells it like it is!! and she's right too! It is "Her View" on topics. The shows ratings have probably doubled, tripled or quadroopled. They are headed for an Emmy!! Barbara knew what she was getting when she hired Rosie. Barbara also knew Rosie wouldn't do the show if they kept Star around. It was so stupid of Star to think that she was going to be able to keep how she lost all the weight a secret!! Gastric resection, gastric banding or whatever, she would have been wiser to share her experience publicly, than to adopt the holier than thou attitude that "It's private and I'm not telling!" stand. What's the matter with admitting it...obviously it worked for her and has for many others... Nice to have someone to say it how it is!! Go Rosie!!

No, she has actually rescued the show. Their ratings have gone up and up since she came on! Babs is one smart cookie, and will keep her on. I think Elisabeth is on her way out next.
