Define "meaningful," and "relationship," but the short answer is no question at all. There is no relationship between species that is meaning-less. And the more you participate, the more meaning-ful the relationship is. Love is a very, very fair term for it. Beastiality is, on the other hand, an entirely different species of relationship which, although certainly fraught with meaning, likely not healthy on any level. I can only speak approvingly from experience of the former type, and actively discourage exploration of the latter.
