Compressor was changed due to low pumping in the original.I had done flushing of the radiator-brings the temp. down. Also high heat and oscilating rev needle on dashboard which force me to put off the A/C during traffic jam have reduced after I adjusted the A/C belt to reduce some tention. But the rev needle sometimes oscilate when engine worked a while or is kicked after a brief pull-up which stops immediately I raise fire via the tuttle.I suspect heating compressor still,as the drier becomes hot also which makes the A/C termostat cuts off unecessarily.Though the A/C cools. Please assist.COMPLIMENTS OF THE SEASON.

If I can read between the lines, I would guess your electric cooling fan may not be working or if you have two only one is working. This may explain the heating problem. The rev. needle is oscilating because when the a/c kicks on at idle it automatically increases engine rpm. Your a/c kicks in and out as required by head pressure, this is normal. The compressor doesn't run all the time. If your heating problem continues stop at a radiator service shop and have them check it to see if you may have a partially plugged radiator.
