i need a vrm for my dell motherboard i have one from an intel mb will it work in the dell?

Maybe, but I doubt it.

If the socket is same then maybe BUT don't just plug it in (you will most likely blow the VRM and motherboard).

Track down the specs on both M'Bds & check the manual for pin-outs & voltage.
