Nifong is a fool. They should strip of his license just because he's stupid and doesn't know when to back down. He's drug these three kids through the mud, and now while he's finally dropped the rape charge, he's till trying to prosecute the kidnapping and sexual offense charges.
If the defendant isn't smart enough to remember whether or not she's been raped, then how can she be trusted to know if she's been kidnapped. Worse yet, she has Nifong, who doesn't know when to stop.
I agree with the above poster who says the boys should sue Nifong. They could probably get a lot from him, and they could remember what happened.

He should be disbarred, and those lacrosse players should sue him and the City for malicious prosecution and violation of their civil rights.

Maybe, I'm not sure what guidelines he has to follow. This isnt the first time this has happened. It just so happened the defendants have enough money to mount a fight.
