Well....sometimes it takes a while. Keep trying....they say that you should try for about a year to two years before seeking infertility treatments. Don't try to rush anything.

You may actually be trying too hard. Sometimes fertile people, who really want to conceive, can't for unknown reason. Relax ... don't work so hard (no pun intended). The practice is fun anyway.
You can also check your cycle for ovulation by taking your temperature. Ask your doctor, cause I don't know the exact temperature, but it's a fact that your temperature rises slightly when you're ovulating, and if ever there was a right time to 'do the do', that's it!
Your best bet is to contact your OB/GYN for details.

Keep trying. It can take up to a year to conceive. If you have not conceived after 3-6 months, you should contact your doctor. Also, make sure you have been off the pill for at least 3 months.

You sound quite young really - give it time, you may not be quite ready for children yet. Four times is nothing - my friend's clinic told her she should be doing it every second night or so for several months!
Good luck anyway, and DO NOT STRESS over this as that is the single thing most likely to prevent a pregnancy!

4 times?
Honey, it can take up to a year for a couple to concieve their first baby, and you need to be sure you are trying at the right time of month for your menstual cycle- for a regular 28 day cycle try about two weeks after your period stops, and do it every other day to ensure you have active sperm ready to find and fertilise your egg when it comes out.
It's a tricky business, but I wish you the best of luck, and I hope that you both get your wish soon :)

Here are the steps you should take:
1. Make him your HUSBAND.
2. See a doc...it is usually recommended that you try for at least a year before they do anything...but not always.

4 times isn't enough to think one of you are unable. It can take a while, keep trying. I think the dr. says to try for 3-6 months, then with no luck maybe somethings wrong. Its still too early to tell with you.

took me 7 frustrating months to get pregnant, I was stressing myself like crazy. My husband was the one keeping me going cause that's what I wanted. When I found out I was pregnant I did 3 test just because I did not believe it. But I had given up and was not even thinking about it anymore.
I just want to let you know, Don't lose faith, be patient and DON'T stress every things going to me alright Good Luck!

get married first. then try for a year without medical help, doctors generally wont intervene before then. Then call and get a referral to a fertility specialist.
