how can u tell if they are stalking u or just playing around..(forreal or not)

If this person follows you everywhere, you see their car parked every place you go, he's waiting for you outside of work or school, he calls you all the time or calls relatives or friends wanting to know where you are or can he see you. If he sends you emails or text messages constantly even if you have asked him not to do so. That's stalking. Also if they leave notes or flowers or such at your house when you are not there.
