Dalton's Law of Partial Pressures:

The total pressure is equal to the sum of the individual partial pressures.

The partial pressures depend on the number of moles of each gas present.

Only in Ideal gases. For normal gases the total pressure will higher or lower (depending to the gas). Dalton law will apply for He, H2, Ar and some other gases and it will apply to most of gases at high temperature. (When the gases don’t have any effect on each other)
