The elastic fabric that the balloon is made is porous. in case you appeared on the fabric decrease than a intense power microscope, you could see the tiny pores. For a gas to diffuse out of the balloon, the molecules of the gas would desire to be smaller than the pores. The helium atom has 2 protons, 2 neutrons, and 2 electrons. The oxygen includes 2 oxygen atoms. The Helium atoms are smaller than the pores. The oxygen molecules are extra suitable that the pores.

You didn't say, if the baloons are of same sizes and material composition. Anyways, I will assume them to be exactly same.
Complete deflation of the baloons can be determined by the rate of the gas coming out of the baloons. The densest the gas, the slower it would be. Higher the atomic weight of the gas, higher the density. Helium is the lightest and hence will be the fastest. Cheers

Argon, then Oxygen, Neon, and Helium. The reason the one filled with Argon will deflate the fastest is because its density is higher than the density of air. Being a heavier gas, it will be the first escaping the baloon through the valve - or whatever that is! :) Correct me if I'm wrong. :)

Helium.
Cause: - according to Graham's law of effusion(or diffusion) the rate of effusion ( or diffusion) is inversely proportional to the square root of the molecular mass of the gas.
ie. r α 1/√M where r = rate of effusion ;M= molecular mass of the gas
we see, that among the gases given the molecular mass of Helium is the lowest
so the rate of effusion will be highest in case of Helium.
so if the ballopns were of the same volume then in a given time the volume of the gas escaped from the balloon will be greatest in case of Helium.
So the Helium balloon will daflate fastest.

helium, because if you blow a balloon with helium it would be deflated the next day or so on; it's a light gas that lets balloon floats for a short period of time

Helium because it is such a small molecule it will defuse through the surface of the balloon.

Helium or He
Because it has the lightest weight hence it diffuses the fastest.
