SOUTH CAROLINA, I THINK STILL DO.

Several states that were part of the Confederacy still fly the Confederate flag. I know South Carolina and Texas still do for sure, and I think Mississippi and Arkansas do as well, however it is always on the same pole as the American Flag, and always below it because the rules for flying multiple flags within the U.S. state that our flag be higher on a flagpole, or if on separate poles, the one flying "old glory" be taller then the others.

Mississippi still has the "Stars and Bars" in the upper left corner of its flag, but it also has a blue, white and red stripe; Alabama and Florida still have the "bars" portion of the Confederate flag in their design, but no stars. Arkansas still uses a blue diamond shape with stars in it, reminiscent of the Confederate flag, but not with the actual design. No U.S. state currently uses the Confederate flag as it was used during the Civil War.
