Yes, regardless of what is actually achieved in this life, and in this i am referring to the external determination of achievement (i.e. others). the person who works to the best of the ability innate will have achieved the most innate, this is to say that a person that has set himself upon a purpose with the full effort capable will have achieved a great thing. Not all can change the world and become great in the minds of all, but the individual that can pass with the idea that his life was purposeful, was fulfilled, and without regret in what could have been, has been a man, or woman, of true greatness.

Good life also needs the right values ..... hard work and positive thinking can lead to success in life but not necessarily a good or happy life unless the values are right.

Free will is positive and positive work is the cornerstone for fortification against the bad. The will, as its being is free, is founded on the positive constituents of human essence, positive work sustains that spiritual condition against the negative forces of evil spirit. As we are finite in measure, this condition is limited, but as it endures, so does the person as good person, and as the good person is good, so is that life.

Maybe, but you can work hard, and gain alot of material things like money, houses, cars, and such, the harder you work, the less you can enjoy life. The one who can really enjoy your hard work, is the one, that you leave it to. So they will not have to work at all, so they should enjoy life more than one who works hard. The key is love God and keep his commandments.
