I have hyperhidrosis that can't be cured so I always sweat a ton all over, especially in my armpits and groin and chest area as well as palms and feet (smelly socks).

Even worse, I have a ton of body hair.

I have tried all kinds of things for the sweating, and hours of electrolysis for the body hair. Laser hair removal is expensive and doesn't work for most people unless you hae light skin and black hair. I even have hair on the sides of my stomach, in my nose, ears etc...

Nothing has worked and I am very unfonfident of approaching women because of these sweaty hairy problems.

I am 6 feet 175 pounds and not out of shape.

But I look like a smelly wet ape.

Will women care about this if I fake confidence?

Just try to not be too worried about it, you'll do OK. I can just imagine how you may feel towards approaching women, but don't let that stand in your way. The right person(s) will notice the good points about you and will be more understanding once you explain your problem.

At least, though I wish it didn't have to be that way, you are aware of your problem and do your best to not smell or look bad .... a sad thing though is that many men look, smell and act bad, but they DON"T want to do anything about it.

I knew a guy once with your condition....he has been happily married now for several years now and is well liked by others in his community. So, you are not alone in this, and people do understand.
Hold your head up, be proud............and....

MERRY CHRISTMAS !!

EDITED--- I just looked this up...you might want to take a look at the website :
http://www.hyperhidrosis.org/
"Fortunately with the recent advances in medicine, many forms of treatment are available to treat hyperhidrosis. Medications, topical antiperspirants, iontophoresis, botox and surgery have been tried to treat hyperhidrosis. Endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy or ETS is the most effective method to treat hyperhidrosis. The California Institute for Hyperhidrosis and Facial Blushing provides a comprehensive site about hyperhidrosis and the ETS procedure."
Good Luck

There are lots of women who love body hair in men! As for sweat, this is something you have to explain to women who tolerate your hair. Better tell interested women in advance so that the relationship doesnt end up in a bitter way.
Did you try advertising for a date, stating your condition honestly? Ask only those really interested, to reply.

Hairy can be nice--I would rather have a guy with too much hair than one with no hair. Have you tried botox injections for your armpits and hands?

If sweaty hairy people did not have success with women there would be no Italians. So yes, you will be fine.
