Are you serious?
Okay, I'm gonna have to say this about the possibly "white" horse:
Appeared to be white
Under a certain light
And least once
Maybe twice
But you must be higher than a kite
Unless this is some weird game
Where I will be the one put to shame.

For asking if a white horse is white

George Washington's horse was Black at birthing, just as all white horses. They turn white latter.

Most horses that I hear people describe as white are actually gray like an elderly person's hair. You'd need to know the breed...some breeds do not produce a true white horse.
