eBay name change? Will favorites still find me?

I just changed my eBay name from my login name to the name of my business. I've accumulated some good customers, will they still be able to find me in their favorite sellers? Is the name change automatic?

It's not a problem. All eBayers who have you saved in their favorites will continue to have you in their list, and with your new ID.

Note that eBayers who do not have you saved as a favorite seller will not be able to locate your new ID via search.

To avoid confusion, you may want to compile a list of your loyal customers and send them a message notifying them of the change.
