I got off at my new school being known as a sl ut, yeah i've done things that i regret, and i've pretty much done everything, except i'm a virgin (and theyre people in my garde who arent) how do i shake the reputation? I changed my style, I dont fool around with guys as much (i cant stop all together, i mean guys r so hott) but the rep wont go away! what do i do??

Unfortunately, the damage is done. You'll have to accept how people precieve you, but let your actions show that they are wrong.

Well usually people look at how you dress and just gudge if you are one or not, so definitely make sure you don't dress like one. Shaking any bad rep takes time, so just stay away from the idea of fooling around with any guy. At least be dating the guy a good five or six months before letting him touch you in those areas or touching him in his area. I don't actually do anything physical myself, but thats what I would do if I did fool around so people wouldn't think so little of me.

well what i was told is that when you get a rep of being a slut or a rolla that follows you throughout your whole high school career. so basically you cant change what people think about you or say about you unless you go back in time and start over. the best thing you can do is ginore what people say about you. what you have to realize is that kids these days judge by what they see and less of what they know. if they see you with ten thousand guys all at once they are gonna assume you are a slut or a hoe. if they see you with so many girls and not enough guys they are gonna think you are a lesbian. there are soo many things out there that kids like to say about other people to put them down. just be like look i have changed. im not messing with alot of guys like i used to. it doesnt matter what you and everyone else says about me because i know deep down i have made a change and if you cant see that then dont speak to me. if you have something to say about me then confront boo dont say it behind my back." then you walk away. personally to say you dont have to answer to nobody. when you know in your heart that you have made a change then thats all that matters. good luck at your new school.

Let me tell you from experience: A first impression is a lasting impression. People are always going to know you for the bad that you've done and never try to see any good. I would just continue to hold my head high because we were not placed on this earth to judge others. No one is perfect and we all make mistakes. The important thing is to live and learn. its gonna be hard. but regardless of whether u are a slut or an angel people are going to have something to say about you. theres no real way of shaking it because once its out its out. the only thing u can do is learn from it, live with it and deal with it. dont have that same rep for college show people that u are not a slut

The only way is to move to another town where you are not known, changing your name at that time would also be advisable. (Use your middle name instead of your first one.) Then, stop acting like slut. If you do not, then you will get the rep all over again!

Rumors are just what they are rumors..... You can't stop thenm from getting around but you can act like a young woman and do what is right for yourself... If you are going to suck everyone off then do it with someone that won't yell it to all of their boys or put up flyers of you doing it... Remember the saying you are what you eat/suck. or whatever.... Try being a lady and not a child that wants to fit in with everyone else... If you don't respect yourself then why do you want others to respect you???

Hold your ground, and continue to say no. Once word gets around that the rumors are not true, the reputation will be changed.

unless you change high schools you'll be known as a skank, all you can do is not fool around with anyone and hopefully people will see you in a whole new light
