I never make N/Y resolutions...
To me, it's just peoples lame attempts to rationalize the crappy behavior they had during the previous year...and those they are feeling a bit of guilt/remorse over.
Just my thoughts...

I don't make them. If you really want to make changes you can do that at any time of year. Crazily trying to change 5 behaviors at once in January is just asking for failure.
