Jeanette
Janette
Have you thought of Janelle, I think it's a little more feminine.
I don't think Alexis sounds good with it. Janelle Alexis...hmm, not too sure. Naming your child is a HUGE responsibility. Make sure it's not something stupid.

Jenette Alexis....I don't really like the spelling that much....I would prefer Janette and I think that that looks more attractive and has a better chemistry with Alexis.

I love spelling people's names in a weird way but perhaps not everyone likes the pain of going: "No, the 'a' is spelled after the 'e', not before!" Alexis Jaenet has a nice ring to it, her initials will be A.J. instead of J.A., which sounds far nicer.

I would stay as traditional with spellings as possible (coming from someone who has a messed up spelling on my name). Your children will thank you for it.
I think Alexis goes great with it.

Always go with the common spelling of a name. It's the one people will presume is your kid's name, and it is a tremendous pain in the behind.
Alexis Jeannette isn't so bad.

a good spelling? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Even Janette would look and be a better spelling...and having Janette Alexis is a bit much; why not use a one syllable name for her middle name? keep it sleek and streamlined..but I cant think of any!!!!!
