one to be worried about. Never keep bread in the refrigerator unless its in a zip locked bag. This should help avoid mold. It sounds like the mold was caused by the sandwich meat or any dressing you put on it that caused the mold in this case. You will be fine, if you had eaten it you would probably would have got food poisoning..Its perfectly safe unless its spoiled. The green mold is the bad

You'll probably be fine. If you want to you can take a bunch of probiotics to kill any bad stuff in your system and maybe drink some keifer or similar yogurt product. The best brand of probiotics is Custom Probiotics CP-1 from the website with the same name, but they are expensive. You can probably get another good brand at the local healthfood store.

the mold on the bread is the rotted away part of it and if you do eat it, it will give you a stomachache for 2 days or so but if you drink orange juice people say that it'll go away faster

there is a documented instance of a French bakery sending a whole village on a trip due to mold contamination on the bread - enjoy - just remember that you really can't fly, you just think you can.

I don't think you will. It be different if you had eating it, because some baterials and molds and cause infection inside you and can die from that. But I really don't think you are going to die from smelling a moldy sandwhich.
