because they have many items in the store,,,, and only lower prices on a few things,,,,, and constantly get new things in,,,,,, so they could forever keep lowering a few prices a day, by a little bit,,,,,, and never be free ,,,,,,

It is because they get new items all the time, so they reduce the price of this one, throw it out a month later, and then reduce the price of something else.
