I am SHOCKED shocked absolutely shocked you would say something like this.
What would possibily be the motivation behind this? Its not like we want to stay there for years to come after all. I mean really we arent there for the oil so why should we do that we want to leave as soon as possible.

Not recently. It was a long and tedious process started when Bush invaded Iraq, and intermingled with loss of many lives in both sides. The culmination is the civil war, which is denied (as non-existent) by some.

I like your answer "dze". You seem to know a thing or two about the military way of doing things; although it is hard to picture you as a war torn soldier from your avatar.
As recent as a year ago, British soldiers were caught and detained by the Iraqi police for dressing up as Arabs and shooting and bombing Iraqi police.

I further understand that these British soldiers were later broken out of an Iraqi jail by British troops.

The Bombing of a mosque in Falluja in 2004, by U.S. forces, didn't do much to help the civilian unrest.

I have read about a CIA agent caught in the Philippines conducting terrorist acts (attempting to blow up a hotel) in order to get the Philippine governments support on the war on terror. After hearing about this, it is hard to imagine the U.S. will not do anything to accomplish their mission, whatever it be; including invasion and subsequent occupation of Iraq.

it is my opinion that psy-ops were planned and actively used to instigate the civil war as an excuse for americans to stay ... and its also by-the-book standard anti-insurgent tactics ... by definition: when u invade and occupy a foreign country there inevitably rises a civilian resistance movement ... counter insurgency tactics use psy-ops, control local media, and attempts to find differences among the population like religeous sects, language, race .. and capitalize on it to turn the population against itself and keep them from uniting against ur occupying force ... believe it or not the media spoon-feeds people bs ... and they swallow it with a smile ...

The problem is we did not control the insurgants and that is why Bush should have fired Rumsfeld 2 or 3 years ago. When the same crap happens over and over you have to stop it. Car bombs car boms car bombs car bombs. We did not do a good job controling the borders and or controling the situation.
