You don't. Power of attorney is void on the death of the individual.

If you are the executor of the estate, you are able to do things necessary to preserve and distribute the estate. You should contact a probate attorney.

You cant. POA is only applicable to living people. As a POA you will make choices, so to speak, for that person.
