Why do women diss you in a group if you are an unconfident guy?

I notice that women always ignore or even blatantly leave out a guy from participating in groups and games if he is unconfident.

This doesn't happen to me too much as I have gained confidence, but I see it over and over with other guys.

What is it with women and guys with confidence?

Most women prize confidence and even arrogance in a man. If you want to test this theory, just play hard to get, or ignore some chick who is interested in you. It will ramp up her desire for you and she will find you even more intriguing. Most women also love "bad boys." Oh, they won't admit it sometimes, especially the conservative, straight-laced ones. But trust me, while they may end up marrying the nice guys who can support them, deep down they all want a bad boy, even if it's just for some no-string sex. In my oyunger days I was a bit of a lad, and had some scrapes with the law. If I was hitting on a hot chick somewhere all I would have to do is act uninterested in her, while talking to my buddy about just getting out of jail, and she would be all over me. You could see the wet spot forming on the crotch of her jeans.

I don't feel like it's ever ok to disregard people or to ignore them. The only thing I can say though is that nobody likes a whiner. If somebody lacks confidence it may shine throu in other ways, one of which is negativity. When people want to have fun, the last thing they want is somebody who's going to be a buzzkill.
