Just enjoy life and savor every moment. Live and let live; don't bother yourself with other people's problems if they don't relate to you, just worry about yourself. Do things you want to do, don't try to impress other people if it means lowering your own happiness. Life your life for yourself because it's your life and no one elses.

To count your blessings everyday and to live in the moment... oh and inheriting a bunch of money might be helpful.
The situations in our lives are not everything but do have an influence on our overall happiness. A relationship, career, education, etc, can all make a difference. Too many people make it all About the situation and not enough about there attitudes and or life skills.
The trick is to have the best attitude and life skills without forgetting to strive for an optimum situation. We do after all live in the world. In a sense happiness could be seen as living in balance between heaven and earth.

Stop comparing yourself with others, for you may become vain or bitter. Be happy with what you have. Consider yourself fortunate as there are many others less fortunate than you. Stay positive all the times. There are always 2 sides to a coin - look only and appreciate the positive side of things. Live life with these 5 simple rules:
1. free your heart from hatred
2. free your mind from worries
3. live simply
4. give more
5. expect less

In order to be happy must know yourself and your relationship to other people and all in your space. Must know also how to adapt for life will change things on you and if you aren't able to adapt you're sunk. Happiness is also a state of mind-you can think yourself happy and you'll be happy. It also helps to Not have a lot of requirements in order for you to be happy---why the simple lfe makes it easier to be happy. It's also important you know that there is a creator and a Plan for your life and once you find YOUR Place in this Plan then you have happiness.

Unusual pic.
Recognize that human emotion is based entirely on exercise.
The more exercise you do, the happier you will be.
The less exercise you do, the more unhappy you will be.
The best exercise to be happy is stretching and aerobics.
Can be done in your kitchen, takes about 15 minutes of your time each day, you fell great all day long.

Face the facts that you will never be happy every single second of your life. And you will not be miserable every single second of your life. Except the emotional changes and enjoy life when it is good. And except life when it is miserable.
