Is deleting your internet history/cookies enough? Could someone access it another way? How do I get rid of it FOR GOOD?

I have my kids machines setup so it stores a copy of the history on MY computer.
If your parents did that, you're CAUGHT!
Quit going to places you know you shouldn't!

No, not until the information is overwritten by something else, if it ever is.
Try using a product called window washer to permanently delete any information on your hard drive.

You need to go into your "system tools" and run Disk Clean up.

It will show how much hard drive space the temporary internet files folder holds.

Click a button to clean it once it is checked off

It is not completely gone. Computer technicians and some police forces can retrieve deleted information.
